Tempe International 2007 Club Champs

 
 
We specialize in training programs for triathlons (swim, bike and run events of all distances, from sprint to Ironman) and related endurance multisport races,  such as aquathlons (swim and run), duathlons (bike and run) and off-road triathlons (e.g., Xterrra-type events).  Our training includes:

Our coaching and training programs are aimed at adults who desire to get in shape, be fit and healthy, and participate in the endurance events described above.

The heart of our coaching is the “personalized training plan”, which we design for each client based upon his or her own goals, expectations, abilities, available time to train, and other personal factors.  We use questionnaires and interviews to gather this information about each client.

The core of our personalized training plan is the “monthly schedule”.  This looks like a one-page calendar that lists (in a somewhat shorthand form) the recommended activities for each day of a particular month.  The monthly schedule may be supplemented with additional information that describes, in more detail, things about each workout activity.

The monthly schedule is part of a “bigger plan”.  The “bigger plan” consists of the proper training phases that you need to follow to best achieve your goals.  The “bigger plan” recognizes that you have to take things in stages, and that you build your fitness one step at a time, with each stage progressing you further toward your goals.
